At Favonest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy and flexible return and exchange options.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Used or worn items
- Personal care items
- Clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@favonest.com with your order number
- Attach a photo/video showing the issue (if applicable)
- Our team will review and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item (size, color, or variant), our team will confirm availability and ship your replacement after the return is approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank for updates
